The Retreat in Ocean Isle Beach, NC is an amazing beach community of upscale cottages and single family homes, all within a three-minute or less drive to the beach! This lovely Bill Clark community offers its residents an ideal location with shopping, coffee shops, nail salon, dining and so much more all within a short walking distance! There are still several choice land / home packages available in the newly opened section of The Retreat, but these new home packages are going fast! Be sure to inquire quickly if you would like to be a part of this vibrant and beautiful beach community while it still has new homes available. Also available are a few resale homes, but they tend to sell quickly. We encourage you sign up for our email alert service if you would like to know when a resale or model spec home becomes available.
Townhomes and condoes are not available in The Retreat. Land lots are available starting in the mid 40s.
